Come taste the abundance of Belltown Hill Orchards while exploring pristine fields of fruit trees, berry bushes and vegetable patches. One of Connecticut’s most popular pick-your-own operations, Belltown offers many varieties of fun-to-pick fruit like cherries, berries, apples and quinces to name a few. Founded in 1910, Belltown Hill Orchards has been an innovative family farm from the very beginning. After emigrating from Italy in 1904, Louis Preli worked hard to purchase a small parcel of land where he could cultivate vegetables, raise livestock and plant fruit trees. Now Belltown Hill is a 150-acre orchard under the care of Louis’ grandchildren. The farm, which currently runs on biodiesel, has a new bakery and a farm market convenient for finding the freshest homegrown fruits and vegetables. The Preli family welcomes you to visit soon!
