Search Tips

1. Enter Product or Farm name into the search box. - If you just want to search for a specific town then type in the location name and hit GO. (any combination of product, farm, or town will also yield search results)

2. If you are looking for something specific such as a farmers' market or a restaurant then do so by choosing either from the pull down menu labelled "Anywhere". You can also search for just producers in this menu as well.

3. Select the distance you are willing to travel (5mi to 250mi). This will give you a radial search of however many miles from the zip code you enter (Hartford is the default zip code). Now hit GO to see the search results.

Halas Farm Market in Danbury, CT, is a 3rd generation family owned and operated farm market, greenhouse and nursery. Their roadside farm market is showcased in an 18th century horse barn and displays fresh fruits and vegetables many of which are grown on location. Other CT grown products are available such as maple syrup, honey, and preserves. Fresh eggs are available year round from their own free range chickens. They are proud to be able to now offer you the same quality products and superior service on the web as we do in their store!
