Cupola Hollow Farm

About Cupola Hollow Farm

Kathy and Donna continue to operate the family farm started by their grandfather. Over the past 25 years they have operated a retail location on North Stone Street generally on weekends beginning late summer and running through December. Donna and Kathy are now joined by Kathy’s two daughters to grow a wide variety of fresh herbs and vegetables they dry to make a variety of herb dip mixes. Seasonally the two make their farm fresh jams, jellies, pickles, relish, fudge, grow popcorn and other value added products from the farm. During the summer Donna is busy baking pies and fresh bread for the various farmers markets they attend. “Locally Grown” and “Connecticut Farm Fresh” is the basic focus and understanding that drives the farm. In late fall Cupola Hollow transforms into a winter wonderland that focuses on Christmas wreaths of all sizes, cemetery logs, kissing balls and their signature Connecticut Grown gift baskets that make the perfect gift for the holiday.
