UPDATE: In our Dig It Crop Cards we mention planting after your area's last frost date, usually around May 15th, although this is the case with vegetable seedlings and annuals, it was brought to our attention that many perrenials, trees and shrubs should be planted well beforehand! Ask your local nursery or garden center what they recommend!
