Sweet Acre Farm has relocate to Lebanon, CT!  This new (and last) incarnation will rest on six acres in the Bartlett Brook Valley- neighboring our friends at Beltane Farm and Ladies of Lebanon.  We (Jonathan and Charlotte) will continue to deliver ecologically grown vegetables to our West End Hartford and Storrs Farmers Markets.  We also plan to increase our presence at the Willimantic Food Co-op and Hartford Restaurants like Firebox and the Half Door.  We will still produce eggs and continue our small production of chickens (for meat), and pork.
